Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Vantedge AI, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. The service
Vantedge AI provides software that recommends and applies prices based on signals you connect. You remain responsible for the prices you publish and for compliance with applicable laws.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse‑engineer the service, abuse rate limits, or use Vantedge AI to violate laws or third‑party rights. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.
5. Data
You own your data. You grant us a limited licence to process it to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in‑app at least 30 days before they take effect.
